Dr. Royda Crose provides psychotherapy, hypnosis, and wellness education at Whole Health Family Practice. She believes in an integrated multidisciplinary approach for assisting individuals achieve high level wellness in all areas of their lives. With your permission and if you desire, she will consult with other health professionals that are concerned with your care.

Your health depends on not only your physical well-being but also on your mental state, your relationships with others, the satisfaction you receive from your work, and your motivation and environment. For example, physical illness will undoubtedly affect your mood, your work, and your family and friendships. Likewise, depression or other mental problems can affect your immune system and your physical health. A divorce or death of a loved one will influence your concentration at work and increase your stress levels in all areas of your life.

Therapy for Health and Wellness

By recognizing these many life connections, you can utilize many pathways for improving total well-being.

Dr. Crose is available for individual, couple, family, and group consultations. After an initial evaluation interview, she will help you determine the most appropriate and helpful program for you to reach your wellness goals.

She may recommend one of the following:

• Short-term problem-solving counseling (4-8 sessions)
• Hypnotherapy for specific behavior change (1-4 sessions)*
• Participation in an psychoeducational group*
• Couples, family, or group therapy
• Individual psychotherapy

*Insurance will not be filed for hypnotherapy and educational groups. Ask our insurance manager about how you may file your own claim for these services. Other mental health services may be covered by your health insurance.
